Return and Exchange
At Giftophia, we take immense pride in curating and crafting personalized gifts with utmost care and quality. Our goal is to make your gifting experience delightful. While we do not accept returns for items delivered in perfect condition, we are here to help in case something goes wrong.
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:
● You received a product different from what was ordered.
● The delivered product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
● The product was damaged in transit and arrived in poor condition.
If any of the above applies, you may choose to either receive store credit or request a replacement of the product.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:
1. Timeframe
Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, as confirmed by our courier partners.
2. Submit Request with Images
Please email us at support@giftophia.com with:
● A clear image of the damaged or incorrect part
● A full image of the entire product
Our team will assess the images and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days.
3. Return Pickup & Processing
● If your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days.
● The returned item must reach our warehouse within 7–10 days.
● After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate your refund as store credit or dispatch a replacement within 2–3 days.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the product is:
● Unused and in original condition
● Packed with all original packaging, including:
○ Tags, barcodes, and accessories
○ Shipping label (on the package)
○ Invoice copy
○ Manuals/warranty cards (if applicable)
● Opening video of the parcel is mandatory for any exchange or return of the product
PLEASE NOTE
● Personalized products are made especially for you and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
● Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display settings and lighting during photography. These differences do not qualify as defects or wrong products.
